Prairie Bison Feast at Lake Cumberland

Let the carving begin!  If you missed the buffalo dinner at Lake Cumberland S.R.P. it was fabulous!  Carved buffalo, buffalo chili, stew, barbecued, Cajun rubbed, with numerous veggies and desserts.
